SERVICES & SCOPE

You are hiring MSS Consulting, LLC to provide the business strategy services outlined on the invoice for an estimated total of $(the price on the invoice or receipt). Final pricing may change if work is requested outside the agreed scope.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You confirm you have authority to enter this agreement and agree to provide all required data, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays caused by late materials or feedback may impact the project timeline.

​

DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES

I will deliver the agreed services professionally and according to the approved timeline. I am not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client input.

​

PAYMENTS

Payment is required as outlined on the invoice. All payments are non-refundable. Work begins only after payment and contract acceptance are received.

​

REVISIONS

This project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional changes or out-of-scope work will be billed at $250/hour.

​

PROJECT PAUSES

If required feedback or materials are not received within 2 weeks, the project may be paused. A $250 restart fee may apply.

 

 

OWNERSHIP & USAGE

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you after full payment. I retain rights to unused information and may display completed work in my portfolio after project launch.

BUSINESS HOURS & COMMUNICATION

Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Email responses are typically within 24 business hours. Consultations outside the project scope are billed at $250/hour.

LEGAL

This agreement is non-transferable and governed by United States law. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

Client Responsibilities

By booking services, you agree to:

• attend appointments on time

• provide accurate and complete information

​

• meet requested deadlines for data and feedback

• communicate respectfully and professionally

Failure to provide materials or attend sessions does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Session Communications
By registering for a session offered by MSS Consulting, you consent to receive emails related specifically to that session, including confirmations, reminders, access links, and relevant updates.

These emails are limited to session-related communication only. You will not be added to our general mailing list unless you separately opt in.

​

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your session once within 30 days of the original date, subject to our availability.

​

Missed Sessions

Failure to attend a scheduled session or failure to provide notice will be treated as a forfeited session and is not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Payments & Refund Policy

​

All payments made to MSS Consulting, LLC are final and non-refundable.

​

This includes:

​

• discovery sessions

• strategy sessions

• consulting sessions

• workshops

• deposits and retainers

Because our services involve time, expertise, and intellectual property, they cannot be returned once delivered. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

Work on any project begins only after required payments are received.

​

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you cancel or do not attend your scheduled session, your payment remains non-refundable.

​

Rescheduling is only permitted as explicitly stated above and is subject to availability.

​

Recording and Documentation Policy

​

By booking any service, you consent to:

​

• audio and/or video recording of your session

​

• transcription of the session using AI tools

​

• secure storage of notes and documentation

​

Recordings and transcripts are used strictly for documentation and service improvement.

 

They will not be publicly shared without your written consent unless required by law.

​

Use of AI Tools

​

AI tools may be used for:

​

• transcription

​

• note organization

​

• draft preparation

​

• conceptual brainstorming

​

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all final deliverables. AI tools support efficiency but do not replace professional or personal judgment.

Limitation of Liability

​

We are not responsible for:

​

• business outcomes or revenue changes

​

• losses related to implementation of discussed strategies

​

• delays caused by third-party platforms or vendors

​

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

​

You remain responsible for all business choices and actions.

Privacy and Confidentiality

​

Client information is kept confidential except when:

​

• disclosure is required by law, or

​

• sharing is necessary to complete agreed services (for example, contractors or vendors assisting in project fulfillment)

 

--------------Content & Project Restrictions

MSS Consulting, LLC reserves the right to decline any project at our discretion.

We do not accept projects that promote or are primarily focused on:

• occult practices or spiritualism

• sexually explicit content or pornography

• political campaigning or lobbying

• religious teaching, proselytizing, or doctrinal promotion

• hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity

If, after purchase or consultation, it becomes clear that a project falls into one of the categories above, the project will be declined. In that situation, any payment made for that specific service will be refunded.

This policy applies to project content only and is not a judgment of any person or group.

Changes to Policies

We may update these terms and policies at any time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.
